With experience in IT, I have developed strong skills in computer and network troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. I am proficient with Windows 11 Pro and Windows Server, Active Directory, including user and group management, permissions, and system configurations. I also have hands-on experience with ServiceNow for IT service management, handling incidents, requests, and workflows. Additionally, I possess knowledge in HTML, enabling me to build and maintain basic web pages and applications. This diverse skill set allows me to troubleshoot, manage, and enhance technology environments effectively.
In January, I will receive my Associate's Degree in Network Management and Security from Mid-America Christian University. Throughout my studies, I completed a comprehensive curriculum that included core courses such as Hardware and Software Environment, Basics of Networking, Client-Server Networks, Client-Server Networks II, Foundations of Programming, Physical Networks, and Securing Information. These courses provided me with a solid foundation in both basic and advanced computer and network troubleshooting techniques. Additionally, I gained expertise in securing sensitive data, including Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
